Control Group

Consultant – Business Analysis, On-Site Observations, Project Estimation, Proposal Writing

Control Group is a bespoke innovations firm that rapidly builds technology systems, platforms, and products.  They also support what they build with a terrific infrastructure and managed services arm.

I recently worked with the CG team to put together a proposal for a hospitality technology platform running a tablet device, going on-site to observe current usage of the system, analyze the current workflow, and to meet the in-house users of the system.  Based on an assessment of the current product, we created a proposal containing recommendations that will take the product to the next level.

I was also responsible for creating a tight proposal estimate that landed the account for Control Group.
